The first meeting is an opportunity to discuss the expectations of the Investor, ask many questions in order to determine the needs, taste, budget and discuss how their dream interior should look like. During the meeting it is crucial to analyze the inspirations collected by the Investor. Projects made by our office are unique and tailored to individual needs, which is why a survey concerning the needs and preferences of the Investor is sent to be completed before the meeting. During the meeting it is discussed and supplemented and then after the meeting it is sent by e-mail to the Investor for approval or possible amendments. Such guidelines then form the basis for all subsequent stages of the project. The first meeting can take place on-site or online.
Inventory consists of making measurements of the apartment or house. This is the key step needed to prepare detailed drawings and also allows us to get acquainted with the designed space. If the inventory is not possible, we work on estimates obtained from developers and/or measurements provided by the Investor.
After the detailed analysis of the Investor’s guidelines and getting acquainted with the dimensions of the rooms we proceed with drawing functional layouts. They show the general layout of walls, furniture and equipment. We usually propose several arrangements to show their potential and the possibilities that the designed space gives us. Drawings are sent by e-mail to the Investor. Then, after receiving guidelines which arrangements are most liked, we create the final functional layout. The result of this step is the creation of an ergonomic projection that maximizes the use of space and meets all the needs of the Investor.
We make high-quality, photorealistic visualizations of the designed space, based on previously discussed inspirations, design guidelines and functional layout accepted by the Investor. The visualizations show our ideas for the interior, its colors, selected materials, furniture and lighting. Although we assume that the visualizations are illustrative, it is crucial to emphasize that the visualizations contain only elements that the Investor is able to purchase later.
Based on the accepted visualizations, we develop technical documentation. Technical drawings are very detailed, linear 2d drawings that allow contractors of all industries to realize the project according to previous assumptions. We are also engineers, so in addition to visual issues, technical aspects are crucial for us. The investor receives from us a complete Project Book with a set of drawings for contractors.

Based on the interior design project, we draw up a list of the products with specified quantities of materials and a detailed cost estimation including all materials needed to complete the project. We also provide a schedule of work, which we discuss and confirm in advance with constructors.
We cooperate with many top quality companies that provide our Investors with components for finishing their interiors. We also offer turnkey implementation. It involves the coordination of all finishing works. As a result, the investor receives a ready-to-live space compatible with the individual project.
